This is an example used by a precision parts manufacturer, where Sic powder bridges at the bottom of the hopper, prompting your inquiry. In the case of a φ600 hopper, it is common to adopt the Brodie Disk instead of the smaller Brodie Disk Mini. However, the air volume for the Brodie Disk is significantly higher compared to the Mini. Since there was a request to minimize the air volume as much as possible, we had the customer check both the Brodie Disk Mini and the Brodie Disk in person, and decided to implement the Brodie Disk Mini, which has a lower air volume.
